Once your return is approved, items must be returned at your expense in the original packaging, undamaged, usable, and in resell-able condition, within 30 days of the original transaction date. Returns must include a copy of the original transaction and include a written statement regarding why the product is being returned. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Once the returned item(s) has been inspected, a refund check (less any shipping amount we paid and a 20% restocking charge) made to the "Bill To" name on the order will be generated and mailed to you in that self-addressed envelope.
